adidas Predator LZ Instinct is the football boot designed for the player who wants to make the vital difference and have ultimate control of play on the pitch. The boot is made with five aggressive zones, which are constructed from adidas' SL rubber. The zones are positioned strategically five places on the boot and are placed exactly where you need them the most.

Predator Instinct is made from the revolutionising Hybridtouch upper, which is the same material as we see on the adidas F50 Adizero. The leather-emulating upper combines the qualities from synthetic and leather, so you get a sublime fit that wraps itself around your foot. At the same time the very supple material doesn't take in water, lasts longer and doesn't over-stretch like leather might have a tendency to do. Predator Instinct is like its predecessor equipped with the five zones, Drive, Pass, Dribble, First Touch and Sweet Spot.

These five lethal zones each have an effect and ensure that you control the ball to the very best of your abilities and run the game. On the Predator Instinct the zones are made from SL rubber and are now larger, so they connect and grow together. This makes them more aggressive, so you have a grip on the ball like no other. Drive is placed on the top part of the instep and is designed to give your shots and long passes extra power.

On the front-foot the First Touch pad is placed, which is made to improve your first touch. The Zone gives extra friction, which makes it easier to take the pace out of the ball, but actually this particular zone also helps when dribbling at high speed. Dribble, which adidas have placed on the lateral side of the boot, is made to give you complete control when you dribble. The Zone also works incredibly well, when you want to stump your opponent and perform an audacious shot, with the outside of your foot.

The Sweet Spot zone, is made to give extra spin on the ball, when curling in free-kicks. The Pass Zone has been given an update and on the medial side of the boot 'die drei Streifen' have been equipped with a brand new gel-construction. As 40% of contact with the ball runs through the medial side of the foot, this is a very important part of the boot and with the new Gel Pad you get better precision in your passes, as well as your first touches.

The sole has also been given a make-over.
